This sparkling wine is completely dry white (<2 g / l) with a slight effervescence due to its second fermentation. Made 100% from grapes from vineyards parellada highest denomination (Pla de Manlleu, pontoons, Can Ferrer, Aigua Viva), is vinified with only free-run juice and juice resulting from pressing very soft, and using the same yeast for both the first and the second fermentation with the objective of achieving a complete metabolism of sugars and a sensitive and integrated needle (a pressure of 1.5 bar).
NOTE: We recommend eating during bottling to preserve their freshness and the magic of tiny bubbles.
