Although not quite in the same league as Dagueneau's two great stars (Pur Sang and Silex), Blanc Fumé is clean, fresh, floral and citric on the nose, whilst rich and creamy on the palate, and undoubtedly mineral. Yet another Dagueneau wine that reliably delivers.
