This is their flagship wine, into which they have put considerable effort and energy. It is made solely of Verdejo grapes, originating from various estates and vines of different ages, mainly those trained on trellis with some bush vines.
A yellow colour with greenish iridescence, the wine has an intense nose displaying green apple notes and a vegetative background of fennel and wild flower hints. A glycerine-touched palate shows plenty of body and concludes with the varietal's classic touch of bitterness on the aftertaste.
