Review

This spirit of Galicia, as its name suggests, is obtained by distillation of the marc from the vinification. These marc, in Galicia are called "bagasse", must be fully fermented to obtain a good spirit. Ulla Vedra is obtained by distilling pomace varieties Roxo, White and Tintilla.
Serve chilled but never frozen, in order to taste all its nuances.
