Review and tasting notes* :
|
Craft beer made in Lierganes, Cantabria. High fermentation beer, Brown style. In it we find flavors of roasted malt grain and then give way to intense hop flavor. Brownish copper color. Middle carbonation. Beige foam. Nose dominated by roasted barley with a slight fruity air. Notes of caramel, coffee, licorice and roasted nuts. The palate is pleasant, slightly thick and low carbon. Excel malty notes (toast, light coffee, caramel) well balanced and offset by a dry bitterness (40 Ibu s).
