Review and tasting notes:
|
Although it has appeared on the market only recently, the Tripel Karmeliet, made from three cereal grains (barley, wheat and oats), has rapidly managed to win over the most demanding of beer palates: a golden yellow colour, with a slight natural cloudiness and an excellent white foamy head, it offers a very clean nose, with citrus fruit and light vanilla notes, it has a pleasant palate, with excellent carbonation, good balance and sweet acidity. You'll be delighted with its clarity and transparency, and its flavour-filled freshness! But, be careful! Although you might not have realised, it does contain 8.4% of alcohol.
