Review and tasting notes:

The Montseny massif is the natural water source always used for brewing this beer, while the hops and malt are organically-farmed products. Not originating from genetically modified crops, they are grown without the use of chemical fertilizers or pesticides, as only organic and natural mineral fertilizers are used. A clear yellow colour, the beer is cloudy with a white foamy head. Showing herbaceous and slight citrus notes on the aromatic nose, it offers a fresh, light and balanced palate.
