Norrel Robertson, the consultant oenologist, makes his own wines in the Calatayud DO through his company El Escocés Volante (The Flying Scotsman). He has worked for over 8 years with Garnacha vines in Aragon and up until now he has been making his wines at the San Gregorio and San Isidro wineries in the Calatayud DO. His intention is to let the grapes express their terroir.
