Additional Information

• The shipping rates for the deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla include shipping, insurance and the peninsular custom duties, but not the local taxes and import duties, which the receiver of the goods will be liable for.

The rates shown on this page include, apart from the shipping of the ordered products, their packaging in boxes that have been especially designed for bottle transport, insurance against loss and breakage, and the VAT in those territories where this tax applies.

In Peninsular Spain, orders may have a delay of 2-3 working days. Orders to the Balearic Islands and to other European countries may have a delay of 3-4 working days, while those to the Canary Islands will be delivered in the following 8-12 working days after the placement of the order.

Time starts to count at 9.00 am of the next working day following the date on which the order was placed (or at the moment Vinissimus receives confirmation of your wire transfer if you chose this payment method).

In case a bottle breaks during transport, Vinissimus will make all necessary arrangements to recover all products of your order, and to reship them again.

If you detect any sign of wetness on the packaging or suspect that any of the bottles may have broken, do not accept delivery and contact us so as we can manage the incident.

In that case, the carrier will leave a note with a phone number so that you can call them to arrange another delivery date and time.

If a second attempt is failed, you should go to the carrier's nearest location and pick up the package yourself (all capitals of province have one).

Transport is included in the order's total amount. If you chose to pay with cash-on-delivery, you will have to pay the total amount to the carrier. If you paid by credit card or bank transfer, you don't have to pay anything to the carrier.
